Eight Mile Road <br /> Stockton, CA 95219 JAN 2 7 <br /> (BP-1900514) 2020 <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> PERMIT/SERVICES <br /> Michael Kith, <br /> The Reserve at Spanos Park/AG Spanos Company requests a variance in the depth of the leach lines at <br /> 6301 W. Eight Mile Road for the new building for the UOP Golf Practice Facility. We understand the <br /> recommended depth per the County's requirements is 42", however in some areas leach lines reach a <br /> depth of 57". Mid-Cal Constructors proceeded with construction at this depth in order to avoid having to <br /> re-route an 8"fire main which was at the designed flow line of the main discharge leach line from our <br /> septic tank. County inspectors requested we add rock so ground coverage did not exceed 24", which we <br /> adhered to in order to have proper evaporation. <br /> The Reserve at Spanos Park and AG Spanos Companies agrees not to hold San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department liable for the aforementioned septic system that was installed at 6301 <br /> W.
