SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS
Based upon data collected during this monitoring event, AGE concludes the following
• On 11 August 2005,the ground water elevation at the site ranged from 2 34 feet to 2 87 feet
below MSL Ground water was inferred to be flowing outward from a southwest-trending
ridge under hydraulic gradients ranging from approximately 0 003 ft/ft to 0 009 ft/ft
Historically, ground water flow direction has been toward the southwest only, however, the
' low ground water elevation measured this quarter in well MW-1 skewed the flow direction
north of wells MW-2 and MW-7 toward MW-1
• TPH-g was detected only in well MW-2 at a concentration of 590 µg/1 TPH-d was detected
' in wells MW-2 through MW-5 MW-7 and a duplicate sample from well MW-4
concentrations ranging from 79 µg/l (MW-5) to 440,000 µg11 (MW-2) The lateral
distribution of the TPH-d ground water plume is depicted in Figure 4
r
' 5.0. RECOMMENDATIONS
Based on the findings of the environmental activities recounted in this report, AGE recommends
' continuation of quarterly monitoring events
' Advanced GeoUnvironmental,Inc
s
