AGE-NC Project No 05-1306
contoured ground water elevation as measured on 20 and 25 May 2005
i
' 3 2 ANALYTICAL RESULTS OF GROUND WATER SAMPLES
During the May 2005 ground water monitoring event, TPH-g was detected in well MW-2 at a
' concentration of 3,500 micrograms per Mer (µg11) TPH-d was detected In wells MW-2 through
MW-5 and MW-7 at concentrations ranging from 58 µg11 (MW-5) to 560,000 µg/1 (MW-2)
' No additional constituents of concern were detected in ground water samples from any of the seven
ground water monitoring wells Analytical results of ground water samples are summarized In
Table 2 The laboratory reports (Kiff Protect Nos 050520-KB2 and 050525-BM1), quality
' assurance/quality control(QA/QC)reports,and chain of custody form are included In Appendix C
Documents confirming the upload of laboratory electronic deliverable format(EDF)files and depth
to water measurements to GeoTracker are Included in Appendix D
4.0. SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS
r •
Based upon data collected during this monitoring event,AGE concludes the following
' • On 25 May 2005,depths to ground water ranged from 5 52 feet to 18 36 feet below the tops
of the well casings Ground water elevation at the site ranged from 0 27 feet to 0 76 feet
' below MSL and averaged approximately 0 47 feet below MSL
• Ground water was inferred to be flowing toward the southwest and northeast under hydraulic
gradients of approximately 0 056 Rift and 0 011 ft/ft, respectively
TPH-g was detected in well MW-2 at a concentration of 3,500 µg/1 TPH-d was detected in
wells MW-2 through MW-5 and MW-7 at concentrations ranging from 58 µg/l (MW-5)to
560,000 µg/l (MW-2)
' 5.0. RECOMMENDATIONS
' Based on the findings of the environmental activities recounted in this report, AGE recommends
continuation of quarterly monitoring events
Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc
