Please submit a PAR workplan by 25 October 1988 .
The PAR workplan must include how you propose to define the
extent of soil and groundwater contamination including location
of proposed monitoring wells and borings, sampling and analysis
methods, and monitoring well construction and development
methods. In order to determine if more soil borings are needed,
the workplan is to include compilation of the existing soil
sampling data in map and/or cross section form.
In the meantime, your three monitoring wells are to .be sampled
and water levels measured quarterly begining the first week in
October 1988 . The results are to be submitted with an explanatory
cover letter to this office and the San Joaquin County Local
Health District by the end of that month.
If o have any questions, please contact me at (916) 361-5740 or
Sc , t1I6ker at (916) 361-5706.
' I
G RDON OGGS
Urpdergro'und ank Program Coordinator
SDW: sdw
cc: Ms. Laurie Cotulla, San Joaquin.
