I have previously contacted your office about two properties along the above referenced segment of Hammer Lane. Both sites have previously had releases of gasoline from former underground storage tanks at the sites. The addresses are 1612 W. Hammer Lane (Hammer and Brentwood) and 1140 W. Hammer Lane (Hammer and Thornton). There are monitoring wells at these sites that may need to be destroyed and replaced if they are in the footprint of the improvement area. Please provide San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department and the property owners with maps and information so that we can ensure appropriate steps are taken regarding the monitoring wells.
