Please note that per the Fund Regulations, you <br /> must obtain at least three competitive bids for any future corrective action work at vour site. <br /> Be aware that this pre-approval does not constitute a decision on reimbursement: all reasonable and <br /> necessary corrective action costs for work directed and approved by the County will be eligible for <br /> reimbursement per the terms of your Letter of Commitment at costs consistent with those pre-approved in this <br /> letter. All future costs for corrective action must be approved in writing by Fund staff.
