No more than 108 cubic yard of contaminated soil <br /> shall be aerated during any one day <br /> 2 . The average concentration of the Total Petroleum <br /> Hydrocarbons was reported at 192 PPM by weight. <br /> 3 . The excavated soil must be covered except when adding <br /> or removing soil. <br /> 4 .
