Total costs for this project will not <br /> exceed without prior approval from Frank Laduca <br /> The costs presented herein are based on data currently available <br /> to Groundwater Technology, we reserve the right to amend our bid <br /> if site conditions warrant . <br /> It should be noted that the above cost estimate does not <br /> include disposal of any excavated contaminated soil or water, <br /> and/or any permitting fees associated with the project. These <br /> costs will be billed on a time and materials basis . <br /> During the installaticn of the monitoring wells , Groundwater <br /> Technology would make every reasonable effort to avoid under- <br /> ground utilities or improvements at the site. However, <br /> Groundwater Technology will not be responsible for damage to any <br /> such underground utility or improvement whose location is not <br /> accurately depicted on plans or drawings provided to us by <br /> Frank Laduca or whose existence and location we have not been <br /> previously appraised of. <br />
