CQHMQRCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL F`.PERTIES INVESTMENTS "10ERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
PAUL H.
HERMANN, INC.
REALTOR
P. O. BOX 7315
PAUL H. HERMANN. 5405 N. PERSHING AVE
JOSEPH A. DELUCHI STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA 95207 TELEPHONE (2091 478-8432
PAUL H. HERMANN JR
February 9 . 1988
Mr. Carl Borgman
San Joaquin Local Health District I
1601 E. Hazelton Ave .
P. O. Box 2009
I jh✓
Stockton, CA 95201
Dear Carl :
Enclosed is the latest new test results received Monday,
February 8, 1988 , which indicates the Benzene detection leveal
below 0 . 5 ppb.
The second test results should be received by us sometime
next week from a sample taken February 5 , 1988 .
I have discussed the water contamination with the owners of
the Oakridge Center, who reside in Honolulu. They have authorized
me to begin the engineering and update the drawings for having
the entire Center serviced by city water . At this time we have
three stores served by public water . They are Long John Silver,
Wendy ' s and the Mystery Store .
Installing water mains , hydrants , individual hook ups ,
and meters will be a very costly project but the time has come to
eleminate a small private system within the city limits .
I trust the next sample testing will show no further Benzene
contamination and thereby eleminate the need for hasty action to
complete the project . I would prefer to do this work during the
summer in an orderly routine manner .
Sincerely,
PHH :bc _ /
Paul H. Hermann
Encl .
