The PIER <br /> has been submitted to San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division (SJCEHD) for <br /> approval. The purpose of the PIER is to describe the activities conducted following they <br /> removal of one 1000-gallon underground storage tank (UST) located at the KJAX site. The <br /> activities described in the PIER were conducted in response to a letter to FEMA from Ms. <br /> Donna Heran (SJCEHD) dated December 27, 1993.
