The-Site Contamination Work Plan has <br /> been submitted to San.Joaquin County Environmental Health Division for approval. The <br /> purpose of the Work-Plan is to describe the .planned activities following the removal of one <br /> 1000 gallon underground storage tank(UST) located at the KJAX site. The tank removal soil i <br /> sampling results and--tank removal documentation was submitted by Woodward-Clyde to <br /> SJCEHD in a letter dated January 5, 1994. The proposed activities described in the Site <br /> Contamination Work Plan are in response -to a letter to FEMA from Ms. Donna Her_an " <br /> (SJCEHD) dated December 27; 1993. <br /> Also enclosed is a letter request "Application for Well/Pump Permit to conduct the-soil-. <br /> boring.activities.
