Woodward-Clyde <br /> i <br /> 6.0 <br /> DELIVERABLES <br /> �! 6.1 PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION AND EVALUATION REPORT <br /> A Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation Report (PIER) will be prepared in accordance <br /> with SJCPHS requirements and will present the findings of the field investigation and include <br /> the following information: <br /> • Summary of field investigation activities <br /> • Sampling/monitoring results <br /> • Physical and chemical data <br /> �? • Description of contaminants present in the soil and extent of migration of <br /> contaminants <br /> • Potential impacts on groundwater (if any) <br /> 6.2 SOIL REMEDIATION PLAN <br /> CIn the event.that only the soil has been impacted, a Soil Remediation Plan (SRP) will be <br /> prepared in accordance with SJCPHS requirements. The SRP will outline a recommended <br /> strategy for the remediation at any impacted soil characterized by the field investigation. <br /> r-, 6.3 PROBLEM ASSESSMENT REPORT <br /> In the event that both the soil and the groundwater have been impacted, a Problem <br /> Assessment Report (PAR) will be prepared in accordance with SJCPHS requirements. The <br /> PAR will review the feasibility of all remedial alternatives set forth in the State of California <br /> .
