Beacon Station No 641 September 28, 1998 <br /> ' Stockton California Aquifer Testing Report <br /> Each sample container submitted for analysis will have a label affixed to identify the job <br /> number, sample date, time of sample collection, and a sample number unique to that <br /> sample Samples will be analyzed by a California-certified laboratory <br /> A chain-of-custody form will be used to record possession of the sample from time of <br /> collection to its arrival at the laboratory When the samples will be shipped, the person in <br /> custody of them relinquishes the samples by signing the chain-of-custody form and noting <br /> the time The sample control officer at the laboratory will verify sample integrity and <br /> confirm that it was collected in the proper container, preserved correctly, and that there is <br /> an adequate volume for analysis <br /> 5.0 VAPOR EXTRACTION TESTS <br /> A 100-cubic-foot per minute (cfm) blower will be used to induce a vacuum in the test well <br /> Other monitoring wells at the site will be monitored for vacuum influence Effluent <br /> airstream temperature, flow rate, and inches of vacuum will be monitored and recorded <br /> during the VET Extracted vapors will be routed from the test well into a 200-pound carbon <br /> canister prior to discharge <br /> Vapor stream samples will be collected with a sampling pump into Tedlar bags Each <br /> sample bag submitted for analysis will have a label affixed to identify the job number, <br /> sample date, time of sample collection, and a sample number unique to that sample <br /> Samples will be analyzed by a California-certified laboratory <br /> iA chain-of-custody form will be used to record possession of the sample from time of <br /> collection to its arrival at the laboratory When the samples will be shipped, the person in <br /> custody of them relinquishes the samples by signing the chain-of-custody form and noting <br /> the time The sample control officer at the laboratory will verify sample integrity and <br /> confirm that it was collected in the proper container, preserved correctly, and that there is <br /> an adequate volume for analysis <br /> 1641-21 rpt A -2 HORIZON ENVIRONMENTAL INC. <br />
