Box 388
Stockton CA 95214
Re: TOYOTA TOWN - 2150 E. HAMMER LANE, STOCKTON, CA 95210
Dear Ms. Ratliff,
This letter is in reference to our conversation of z
A r '
p l 4 , 1994 .
You have asked that the used oil supply pipes at subject location
be slurry-filled in order to prevent future contamination. This
task has already been accomplished. The pipes were filled imme-
diately after the underground tank was removed in order to pre-
vent future contamination. They were filled with liquid con-
crete, which has since hardened.
In addition, as you can note from the soil samples , the pipes
have retained their integrity. It is not likely that used oil
could ever find its way into the pipes in the future. Mr. Mi-
chael Infurna from the County of San Joaquin, who was on site
recently when the soil borings were taken, can verify that the
pipes were filled. I have included a copy of the Soil Analysis
Reports during the recent borings for your review. Copies have
also been sent to Mr. Infurna. If I can be of any, further as-
sistance, please contact me.
Sincerely,
VEIN Y'v
Ben Irwin
cc: Michael Infurna
4'
