*Y
Soil from the East Excavation "contaminated" stockpile (40 cubic yards), West
Excavation "contaminated" stockpile,(150 cubic yards), and West Excavation
"clean" stockpile (100 cubic yards) should be profiled and transported to FLI. As
per FLI requirements, one sample will be collected for every 50 cubic yards of ,
soil, and analyzed for the following constituents:
East Excavation stockpile (former gasoline UST excavation), ,
TPHg
BTEX
10 TTLC Metals (Arsenic, Barium, Chromium, Cadmium, Copper,
Cobaft, Lead, Mercury, Zinc, Nickel)
West Excavation stockpiles (former waste oil UST excavation) ;
TPHg
TPHd
BTEX
TOG
Semi-volatile organics (EPA 8270)
10 TTLC Metals
Upon receipt of all proper documentation and analyses necessary for disposal
.) and required for acceptance, the "contaminated" soil will be transported in semi-
end dumps by Jim Thorpe Oil, a licensed Hazardous Waste Hauler. A detailed
description of the disposal operations will be presented in the final report for this
project.
The West Excavation should be backfilled with clean import material,
compacted, and capped with six inches of road base.
,Upon County acceptance of the recommendations outlined above, AGI will oversee
implementation of the recommended procedures; and submit a final report
`documenting the work and requesting closure of the two excavations.
10.0 Limitations
AquaGeosciences, Inc. performed this investigation in accordance with the generally
accepted standards of care which exist in Central California at this time. It should be
recognized that definition and evaluation of geologic conditions is a difficult and
w inexact science. Judgments leading to conclusions and recommendations are
generally made with limited knowledge of subsurface conditions present. No warranty
expressed or implied, is made.
10 of 10
a
' s
