The East Excavation (location of the former gasoline UST)/Was backfilled with
both clean native soil from the excavation and imported fill material.
Based upon the results and conclusions outlined in the previous sections of this ?
? inP
terim site remediation report, and conversations with Mr. Michael Infurna of the
ounty. AGI recommends that a copy of this report be forwarded to the County
requesting that no further excavation is necessary at the East and West Excavations.
In addition, soil from the East Excavation "contaminated" stockpile (40 cubic yards),
West Excavation "contaminated" stockpile (150 cubic yards), and West Excavation
"clean" stockpile (100 cubic yards) should be profiled and transportedto-Eawazd—',
Landfill, Inc. Finally, upon County acceptance of the recommendations outlined
above, AGI will oversee implementation of the recommended procedures; and submit
a final report documenting the work and requesting closure of the two excavations.
2.0 Background
The Toyota Town site is located at 2150 East Hammer Lane in Stockton, California as
shown on Exhibit 1.
2.1 Facility Description
The facility houses an automobile dealership comprising sales and service operations. r
Previously located at the site were one (1) 2,000 gallon gasoline UST, its associated
dispenser island and product lines, and one (1) 1 ,000 gallon UST for waste oil
storage.
