The lithology and other pertinent data was re2488e84ofor <br /> field boring log in accordance with ASTM Method D <br /> visual description and identification of soils. <br /> 3,2 Soil Sampling <br /> 4 Soil samples were collected through the auger in 2 -inch diameter <br /> brass sleeves placed in a split spoon sampler and driven into the <br /> soil by a 140 pound hammer with a 30-inch drop of soil and D1587accordance - <br /> sampling <br /> �k ASTM Methods D 1586-84 for split-barrel sampling <br /> ;. 83 for thin-walled tube sampling of soils.
