Water samples <br /> will be collected using disposable bailers, one dedicated to each well. <br /> The groundwater samples will be immediately placed in a cooler with ice and delivered under <br /> -certified analytical laboratory. Samples will be <br /> chain-of-custody documentation to a State <br /> analyzed for TPHg and TPHd by EPA Method 8015 modified, and BTEX and MTBE by EPA <br /> Method 8020. If MTBE is detected by EPA Method 8020, the sample will be analyzed for i <br /> oxygenate fuel additives by EPA Method 8260.. Purge water will be stored on site in 55-gallon <br /> drums approved for hazardous liquid storage pending laboratory analysis. <br /> Report Preparation <br /> Upon completion of all field activities, a summary report will be prepared for submittal to <br /> PHS/EHD. ATC will prepare a report that will include a description of all field activities, <br /> laboratory analytical results, well construction logs, and recommendations. <br /> All work described in this workplan will be performed under the direction of a California <br /> Registered Professional Engineer. A completed Site Safety Plan and Quality Control/Quality <br /> Assurance Plan are already on file with PHS/EHD for this site.
