Traffic cones and warning signs shall be used to direct traffic <br /> and shall be installed in accordance with the Caltrans Manual of Traffic Controls for <br /> Construction and Maintenance Work Zones or the WATCH Manual. <br /> 14. The permittee shall not close any traveled lanes to facilitate installation, <br /> maintenance, or sampling of the well. <br /> 15.
