k%j KLEINFELDER After collection of the soil samples, they will be labeled, logged on a chain of custody, and immediately stored in an iced cooler. The soil and water samples will be submitted under chain- of-custody control to Sequoia Analytical Laboratories (Sequoia) of Sacramento, California. Sequoia is certified by the California Department of Health Services to perform the requested analyses: • Benzene, Toluene Ethylbenzene, Total Xylenes [BTEX] by EPA Method 8020 • Fuel Fingerprint by EPA Method 8015M • Custom Fuel Fingerprint; identified and quantified against client supplied standard by EPA Method 8015M (standard will be from SS-250 and SS-1H) The samples will be analyzed on a standard laboratory turnaround, requiring approximately 10 to 15 working days for results from the laboratory. A rush laboratory turnaround may be available for the client at an additional charge. Task E03 - Reporting Upon completion of the field activities and receipt of the analytical results, a report of findings for the drilling of the soil borings will be prepared for client and agency review. The report will include: • A description of the field activities, observations, and protocols • Lithologic Logs • Tabulated results of soil samples with copies of certified results • A graphical representation of soil sampling locations I Description/documentation of QA/QC procedures employed for field and laboratory work • Kleinfelder's conclusions and recommendations based on the data acquired. All information gathered during the study by Kleinfelder is considered confidential and will be released only upon written authorization from the client or as required by law.
