WALLACE • KUHL August 15, 1994 <br /> &ASSOCIATES INC <br /> Mr Hop Essick <br /> P O Box 151 <br /> Stockton, California 95201 <br /> QUARTERLY STATUS REPORT �Ll <br /> GRANITE CONSTRUCTION FACILITY <br /> 10500 South Harlan Road A U G 1 7 1994 <br /> French Camp, California-95231 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> WKA No 2088 05 PERMIT/SERVICES <br /> Dear Mr Essick, <br /> As required by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, we are submitting <br /> this quarterly status report for the subject property located a 10500 South Harlan <br /> Road in French Camp, California (Plate 1) <br /> The most recent ground water elevation measurements of the six monitoring wells <br /> (MW1-MW6) were obtained on July 7, 1994, historic ground water elevation data <br /> (, Georechmcat Engineering is provided in Table 1 Based on current ground water elevation measurements, <br /> the ground water flow direction beneath the subject property is northwesterly with <br /> Engineering Geology a hydraulic gradient of 0 0073 feet/foot (Plate 2) <br /> Environmental Consulting <br /> / Ground water samples were also obtained from the six on-site monitoring wells <br /> Remedeauon Services <br /> on July 7, 1994 Prior to sampling, each well was checked for visual signs of <br /> Y Construction Inspection free product using a clear bailer Approximately three to five well volumes of <br /> l water were purged from each well using a two-inch submersible pump until <br /> Materials Testing <br /> temperature, pH, and conductivity readings stabilized and/or the water cleared of <br /> sediment The water samples were then collected using a new polyethylene <br /> disposable bailer Water from the disposable bailer was decanted into appropriate <br /> 3050 Industrial Blvd sample containers provided by the laboratory <br /> West Sacramento <br /> 1 <br /> i CA 95691 The samples were immediately placed in an ice-chest with ice and submitted <br /> r} Fax 916 372 2565 under chain-of-custody to a California-certified laboratory for analysis of Total <br /> 916 372 1434 <br /> Recycled paper <br />
