GRANITE CONSTRUCTION FACILITY <br /> WKA No 2088 05 <br /> January 4, 1996 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Laboratory test results for the water samples obtained from MW 1 through MW3 revealed <br /> detectable concentrations of TPH-g ranging from 210 micrograms per liter (µg/1) to 520 µgll, <br /> BTEX constituents were also detected in monitoring wells MW 1 through MW3 No detectable <br /> concentrations of TPH-g or BTEX were detected in water samples collected from MW4 through <br /> MW8 Analytical results of ground water samples obtained from the eight monitoring wells are <br /> summarized in Table 2 Cham-of-custody documentation and laboratory reports are included in <br /> Appendix B <br /> Based on the analytical results of this quarter, monitoring wells MW 1 through MW3 continue to <br /> reveal moderate concentrations of dissolved phase petroleum hydrocarbons No detectable <br /> concentrations of petroleum hydrocarbons have been detected in monitoring wells MW4 through <br /> MW8 for the last four consecutive quarters Upon approval of the SJCPHS, we propose <br /> changing the sampling schedule to semi-annual events for wells MW4 through MW8 However, <br /> we recommend that wells MW 1 through MW3 continue to be sampled on a quarterly bans <br /> The next quarterly round water sampling event is scheduled for March 1995 A summary f <br /> q Yg P g cryo <br /> our findings will be transmitted upon completion of laboratory analysis <br /> Please call if you have any questions regarding this report <br /> Wallace .
