Upon removal of the existing underground tanks , samples <br /> and analysis will be required as outlined in the Tri - <br /> Regional Board Staff Recommendations , Tables 1 and 2 , <br /> ( pages 16 and 17 ) . Additional sampling and analysis will <br /> be necessary should the over - excavation option of this <br /> Work Plan be exercised . <br /> 2 . Samples should be analyzed for total lead rather than <br /> organic lead . If the results of the total lead is <br /> greater than 5 parts per million ( ppm ) a W . E . T . ( 7421 ) <br /> analysis will be required . <br /> 3 . Please correct the health and safety plan from St . <br /> Joseph ' s Oak Park Hospital ( convalescent hospital ) to St . <br /> Joseph ' s Medical Center at 1800 N . California , phone <br /> number ( 209 ) 943 - 2000 and include a map with the shortest <br /> route from the site to the hospital highlighted . <br /> 4 . Applied Geosystems has repeatedly used 10 ppm TPHg , 100 <br /> ppm TOG and 1 . 0 ppm BTEX as a minimum soil contamination <br /> goal . These levels exceed the maximum allowable soil <br /> contamination levels with respect to the depth of <br /> groundwater in this area and will require further <br /> remediation if left in place . <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
