The record sheet <br /> will be signed, timed, and dated by the sampler when transferring the sam- <br /> 0 pies. The number of custodians in the chain of possession will be mini- <br /> mized. A copy of the ARCO chain-of-custody record is returned to <br /> EMCON with the analytical results. <br /> Ground-water Sampling and Analysis Request Form <br /> 1 A Ground-water Sampling and Analysis Request Form (see Figure 6-3) <br /> will communicate to the environmental sampler the requirements of the <br /> monitoring event.
