ARCO Station 546 E 0 R <br /> 1612 West Hammer Lane,Stockton <br /> Remedial Action Plan <br /> May 31,2006 , <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> SECOR has prepared this Remedial Action Plan (RAP) on behalf of Atlantic Richfield Company, <br /> a BP affiliated company, for the site located at the former ARCO Station 548 (the Site), located <br /> at 1612 West Hammer Lane in Stockton, California. This RAP was requested in the <br /> March 2, 2006 letter from San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJEHD) <br /> (Appendix A) and includes the following: <br /> • ' A summary of site background information, <br /> • A summary of previous investigations, <br /> • Geologic and hydrogeologic setting, <br /> • A summary of the distribution of petroleum hydrocarbon and fuel oxygenates in soil and <br /> groundwater, <br /> • Current site status, <br /> • An evaluation of alternatives for remediation of subsurface impacts in soil and <br /> groundwater at the site, and <br /> • Methodology and schedule for implementing a selected remedial strategy at the site. <br /> References used in the preparation of this document are included in Section 8.0. <br /> • <br /> I:1BP-ARC0104 BP Valley Portfolio15481Reports\RAP1548 RAP.doc <br />
