Stratus and URS technicians conducted four site visits to optimize and maintain the SVE/AS system. Approximately 96.37 lbs of TPHG as gasoline was removed during the second quarter 2002, and a cumulative mass of 1,546 lbs since startup (09128100). The SVE system was shutdown between May 22, 2002 and June 24, 2002 due to consultant transaction of the site. The AS system was not operational during the second quarter of 2002 due to the compressor motor malfunctioning. Stratus/URS technicians will replace the compressor during the 3`d quarter and restart the AS system. The SVE system was in compliance with San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District permit to operate.
