Groundwater samples will be tested for the requested compounds'. Cambria will
make arrangements to sample the well in the near future. Ideally, this will occur
during the installation or development of the proposed monitoring wells.
2. Cambria will provide San Joaquin County Public Health Services with a copy of the
i' requested health and safety plan.
M 3. BP will endeavor to meet the schedule outlined in the San Joaquin County Public
Health Services letter. It is noted that an offsite access will be required complete this ,
. work in addition to,the encroachment permit).t
i, ( -
4
4. Cambria will make the application for the encroachment permit prior to April 20,
2000. We hope to plan drilling during late April, assuming that access is granted by
the neighboring carwash.
5. BP understands that Tosco will complete the migration control plan. It seems
reasonable to expect that BP will need to install the proposed wells.before Tosca will
be in a position to provide a detailed migration control plan(e.g. including pumping
rates, drawdown measurements from nearby wells, etc.).
