Stantec
Well Destruction Summary Report
76 (Former BP) Service Station No. 11193.
September 28, 2012
Due to wells MW-6, MW-7, and MW-11 being located in the public right-of-way, WDC completed
the former well locations with temporary concrete patches immediately subsequent to well
destruction activities. In compliance with the City of Stockton encroachment permit, Stantec
supervised American Integrated Services (AIS) restore locations MW-6 and MW-11 to original
conditions with hot-patch asphalt on Thursday, July 19, 2012. Prior to final surface -restoration
activities at former MW-7, an unknown party installed an automated bus stop in the vicinity of
former MW-7. In the process, extended sections of the sidewalk were replaced, and as a result,
the section containing former.MW-7 was restored to original conditions.
4
I
r
11193 Well Destruction Report.doc 3
