S E C 0 R
Ms. Vicky McCartney
March 29, 2004
Page 6
Report. Following the completion of the CPT/HydroPunch@ assessment,
SECOR will submit a report documenting the findings of the investigation. The
report will include soil boring logs, seil--an"roundwater analytical results, chain-
of-custody documentation, conclusions, and recommendations for installation of
permanent deeper-zone monitoring wells, if warranted.
SCHEDULE
SECOR is prepared to initiate the coordination of fieldwork activities immediately following the
approval of this addendum work plan. If petroleum hydrocarbon and/or fuel oxygenate impacts are
observed in groundwater analytical results from the CPT/HydroPunch® assessment the need to
install permanent deeper-zone monitoring wells will be evaluated by SECOR and the SJCEHD. A
report documenting the findings of on-site vertical assessment activities will be submitted
approximately six to eight weeks after the completion of fieldwork activities and upon receipt of
laboratory analytical data. If deeper zone monitoring wells are necessary, the final report will include
a work plan for deeper-zone monitoring well installation.
If there are any questions regarding the contents of this work plan, please contact the undersigned at
(916) 861-0400.
Sincerely,
SECOR International Incorporated
ar At GAvw++wucN
M.
