Also attached is a letter report describing the results of hydraulic conductivity
measurements obtained from three of the groundwater monitoring wells (MW-1, MW-2, and
MW-5).
Upon review of the data, you will note that concentrations of fuel constituents exceeding a
drinking water Maximum Contaminant Level were detected in groundwater samples obtained
from wells MW-2, MW-3, MW-5, and MW-7. You may also note that the concentrations of
fuel constituents detected and the saturated hydraulic conductivity measurements appear to be
related; that is the highest concentrations are present in wells with the lowest hydraulic
conductivity. We plan to continue monitoring activities next quarter as necessary to document
this trend.
Confirming our telephone conversation of May 10, 1995, you should receive notification from
Alisto Engineering Group for future sampling activities. I have also instructed Alisto to
document the time when depth-to-water measurements are obtained in future monitoring reports.
Please give me a call if you have any questions regarding this submission.
7Sin rely,
Scott Hooton
Environmental Resources Management
attachments
cc: site file
B.
