(Cambria) is submitting this Supplemental Investigation <br /> BP Oil Company P This Work <br /> Work Plan (Work Plan)for activities at the above-referencedp y(B ) site. <br /> Plan was requested in a January 11, 2000 San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division <br /> (SJCEHD) letter. The site background, our proposed scope of work, and schedule are described j <br /> below. <br /> SITE BACKGROUND <br /> 1 <br /> Site Description: The site is an active 76-branded gasoline retail outlet located at the southwest <br /> corner of Hammer Lane and Kelly Drive in Stockton, California (see Figure 1). BP acquired the <br /> property from Mobil Oil Corporation in 1989. In 1994, BP transferred the property to TOSCO <br /> i Marketing Company (TOSCO) and has not operated the facility since that time. <br /> a <br /> The site is located in a mixed commercial and residential area. An ARCO-branded service station <br /> is located immediately west of the site. <br /> An unnamed, levy-restricted slough and a man-made lake,located in a residential development, are <br /> located within 2,000 feet of the site.
