The person to contact is Diane Martinez. Diane's number is 209.468.3425.
It takes ten business day to get the information ready at no cost. If you want the reports faster, within four business days,
you must pay$105 for the service.
I have drafted a letter that includes revisions to your original work plan. The letter is currently going through the review
process and I hope it will be sent within the week. Please wait until you receive the letter before submitting the revised
work plan. During that_time you can do the file review and revise the tables.
Vicki McCartney, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
600 East Main Street
Stockton, California 95202
Phone: (209)468-9852
Fax: (209)468-3433
Email: vmccartney@sicehd.com
From: Sarah Salcedo[mailto:ssalcedoCstratusinc.net]
Sent: Tuesday,October 07,2008 3:57 PM
To: Vicki McCartney[EH]
Subject: SJCEHD Site No.2224,Parkinson's I-5 Hammer ARCO
Hi there Vicki-
I received your denial of the work plan I submitted on 8/29 and wanted to touch bases with you about haw to
proceed. At the bottom of this email,I have highlighted(in red)a few sentences in your denial narrative that I need
some direction on. Those sentences that are not in red I understand and/or have corrected. Analytical data tabulated
in my work plan was compiled from Shaw's approved CAP,which unfortunately didn't contain the detection limits or
any of the results for the additional analytes you refer to. Is there a way I can get the original lab reports from you?
Would you be able to fax/email those to me so I can add this data into the tables,or do you need me to do a file
review to obtain the data? If a file review is needed, could you tell me.who to call, and how to go about'doing that?
Also,if a file review is needed,I wanted to confirm with:you that you do not want my work plan resubmitted until all
this information is complete(which could be a month or two, depending on how long the SJC file review process
takes).
Once I do have the historical data tabulated,I was planning to resubmit the entire document under the title REVISED
Work Plan..etc,with a few extra sentences explaining the reason for the revision. I figured that's what you wanted(in
lieu of an addendum)since the original WP was denied from GeoT.
When you can, please let me know what you had in mind about the submittal, and what you think about me getting
the historical soil analytical data. Thanks much, have a great afternoon!
-sarah
Sarah O.
