Vicki McCartney [EH]
From: Jim Barton Obarton@waterboards.ca.gov]
Sent: Monday, September 29, 2008 6:45 AM
To: Vicki McCartney[EH]
Subject: Re: Bench Scale test
Hi Vicki,
my first response is yes to all, since the results Awe call them a Report of Waste
Discharge in the permitting world) would be useful for issuing site specific limits (waste
discharge requirements, or WDRs) for In=Situ Chemical Oxidation (ISCO - is this the
proposed treatment?) for the WDRs permit. When we get the general WDRs permit for ISCO
approved by the Regional Board, there may be .a change in the analyte list. I will let you
know in advance of the new requirements, but for those bench scale tests in progress when
the general WDRs are adopted, we should not require additional analyses.
