Consecutive Quarterly Reports have demonstrated that these
wells are located up-gradient from the release and have not had
detectable TPH-G or . BTEX since they were first installed in
September of 1990. After consultation with a representative of the
Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board, it was decided
that your request for a reduction in the sampling of these two
1 wells to semi-annually is reasonable and therefore granted. All
other reporting requirements must remain in place at this time.
a
Should you have any questions, comments, or wish to schedule any
on-site activities/sampling, please contact Steven Schneider,
Senior RENS, of my staff at (209) 468-3441.
Jogi KhannD. , M.
