PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES 'Q pOUIry
SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY
JOGI KHANNA M.D.,M.P.H.
Health Officer
N., P
P.O. Box 2009 (1601 East Hazelton Avenue) Stockton,California 95201
(209) 468-3400
JAN 0 71991
Op
James Rubin, Project Manager
Exceltech
41674 Christy Street
Fremont, CA 94538-3114
Subject: Phone conversation December 12 , 1990
RE: Quick Stop #132 IN REPLY REFER TO SITE CODE: 1130
3555 W. Hammer Lane
Stockton, CA 95209
Please find enclosed the "Draft's for the "Completion of Phase 2
111 Work Plan for Soil and Groundwater Investigation" which was
received by Public Health Services , Environmental Health Division
(PHS/EHD) , November 30, 1990 :' This office cannot review draft
documents. All submittals need to be in final form and follow the
recommendations of the LUFT Manual and Tri-Regional Guidelines.
Completeness as well as close adherence to the aforementioned
documents is necessary for rapid review and preparation of PHS/EHD
comments.
Due to the high demand for services, a reduction in the number of
phone calls directed to the staff regarding work plan and/or report
content would be greatly appreciated. These calls consume a great
deal of time and are ultimately charged to the responsible
party(ies) associated with the particular site in question which
greatly increases their bill . this is not intended as a "don't
call" policy, but merely a request for a reduction in the volume of
non-essential calls.
,y
A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services
