Also,changes in the groundwater conditions could occur <br /> at some time in the future due to variations in rainfall or temperature, acts of man, or <br /> other factors. <br /> The service performed by Exceltech has been conducted in a manner consistent with the <br /> level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by members of our profession currently <br /> in'he San Joaquin County area. No other war <br /> practicing under similar conditionsranty, <br /> expressed or implied, is made. <br /> Please note that contarrunatio: of groundwater must be reported to the appropriate <br /> agencies by the responsible party in a timely manner. <br /> Exceltech includes in this report chemical analytical data from a state-certified <br /> laboratory.
