GROUNDWATER SAMPLING <br /> t� <br /> On March 17, 1999, in accordance with ATC Associates, Field Protocol (Appendix A), groundwater <br /> ' samples were collected from on-site groundwater monitoring wells MW-I R, MW-2, MW-3, MW-4, MW- <br /> 5, and off-site groundwater monitoring wells MW-6 and MW-7. Groundwater purged from the wells, and <br /> ' equipment decontamination water was placed in' Department of Transportation (DOT) approved 17H <br /> drums. The contents of the drums were transported by Integrated Wastestream Management, a licensed <br /> hauler from Milpitas, California, for disposal at the McKittrick Waste Treatment Site (WTS), a licensed <br /> waste treatment site located in McKittrick, California.
