GROUNDWATER SAMPLING <br /> 1 <br /> On December 3, 1998, in accordance with ATC Associates' Field Protocol (Appendix A), groundwater <br /> samples were collected from on-site groundwater monitoring wells MW-1R, MW-2, MW-3, MW-4,MW- <br /> 5, and off-site groundwater monitoring wells MW-6 and MW-7. Groundwater purged from the wells, and <br /> equipment decontamination water was placed in Department of Transportation (DOT) approved 17H <br /> drums. The contents of the drums were transported by Integrated Wastestream Management, a licensed <br /> ' hauler from Milpitas, California, for disposal at the McKittrick Waste Treatment Site (WTS), a licensed <br /> waste treatment site located in McKittrick, California.
