Brett Hunter shall have the soil contamination mitigation report to Mary Meays by <br /> November 13, 1996. <br /> 2. Mary has committed to review Chevron's report and have a preliminary assessment to <br /> Taco Bell by November 19, 1996. This preliminary assessment would state whether or <br /> not she felt that active or passive soil remediation was required. <br /> 3. Greenwood & Moore to provide Mary with a copy of the most recent site plan. <br /> 4. Brett shall review with his superiors at Chevron the possibility of obtaining approval for <br /> the installation of a pre-piping for a vapor extraction system that may be required by <br /> Mary. Taco Bell was very insistent that Chevron be prepared to make this concession in <br /> the event that Mary determines that active remediation was required.
