In accordance with Section 1 (h) of the "Standard Conditions <br /> Applicable to Revocable Permits, the permittee shallliprovie_ <br /> and keep in force during the term of the permit a policy c_ <br /> public liability insurance against liability for injuries to <br /> persons or property arising out of accidents attributable to <br /> the structure on City property, in amounts to be determined by <br /> the Risk Manager . The policy of insurance so provided shall j <br /> contain a contractual liability endorsement covering t,e <br /> liability assumed by the Permittee by the terms of his permit <br /> and shall contain a provision that such policy may, not <br /> cancelled except after thirty (30) days notice in writing z <br /> be given to the Risk Manager.
