Actually, he was the trustee for the William S. <br /> Moss Trust, the property owner. In October 1992, Richard Blewett was pronounced dece:� I <br /> ased. Richard <br /> Blewett has been removed as a responsible party. Subsequently, Richard Blewett's sister, Car6lyn Lawrance, <br /> was named trustee of the William S.
