Harding Way <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> It has been nearly a year since EA Engineering submitted a work <br /> plan for a vapor extraction system for the above referenced site. <br /> Additionally, we have not received monitoring data 'since the March <br /> 1989 "Addendum to the Problem Assessment Report. " <br /> The construction of off-site wells in order to delineate migration <br /> downgradient (northeast) of monitoring wells (6) six and' (2) two <br /> has 'not been implemented. <br /> Therefore, it will be necessary to prepare the Final !Remedial Plan <br /> (FRP) describing in detail how the site cleanup activities: will be <br /> accomplished. The FRP shall be submitted to San i Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) and <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) by <br /> October 15, 1990. The FRP is to include; <br /> A <br /> -Results of final field tests and/or laboratory'lpilot studies <br /> -Remedial activity details such as number of '!recovery wells, <br /> placement, pumping rate, disposal of wastes <br /> -Discussion of implementation, including a phased schedule <br /> -Dates for beginning work stages <br /> -Site plan with proposed work areas defined <br /> 4 <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br /> A <br />
