The thermal oxidizer
has been itt operation for R days since the end of the last reporting period(24 July 1991).
The thermal oxidizer data tabic(ruble 1)includes analysis elate,operating temperature.hydra
carbon compound concentrations, average daily influent concentration, and percent total volatile
hydrocarbon destruction efficiency for each effluent sample analyzed. Since the last reporting
period, all effluent samples have exceeded the 95%minimum destruction efficiency, averaging
989 destruction efficiency.
Should you have any questions regarding this project or the contents of this letter, please do not
hesitate to call us or'Icny Winsor at the above number.
Sincerely
Y
Jae Muchieck
Environmental Chemist
Douglas E.Oram.Ph.D.
Project Managcr
Enclosurts
cc: Clint Rogers-Chevron
Mary Mcays•Sart Joaquin County Public l Icalth Services
