But you are correct that there are railroad issues,etc. We have all access agreements signed (Headwaters, BNSF and Stockton Port)and these are included in the package along with the appropriate fees, boring logs, well construction diagrams,work plan submitted to the Water Board. Our plan is still to drill in September but this is contingent on the well permits,which is the case in any county. I know you are heading out on a much deserved extended vacation,so let us know if there is anything else you need that can help you. Thank you!
