Ethylbenzene and Xylene (BTEX) by EPA method 8020. If <br /> soil contamination is detected, additional laboratory analyses may be needed. <br /> 5. Upon completion of the soil borings, each boring will be grouted using neat <br /> cement. The holes in the concrete pavement will be patched with construction <br /> grade concrete. If no contamination is detectable using field techniques the soil <br /> cuttings will be disposed of on the site. <br /> 6. After the completion field and laboratory data collection a report will be <br /> prepared that describes the work, and discusses the findings and their <br /> implications. <br /> PERSONNEL <br /> All hand auger borings, sampling, and reporting will be completed by the following <br /> Geo-Phase Environmental Inc. personnel: <br /> • Stephen M. Lankford, Registered Geologist, and Registered Environmental <br /> Assessor. <br /> • Richard L. Dawson, Geologist. <br /> Laboratory analysis will be completed by a State Certified Laboratory under Chain- <br /> of-Custody protocol. <br /> To initiate this work we ask authorization in the form of a fully executed work <br /> agreement (attached).
