J
15 March 2005
AGE-NC Project No. 04-1233
between 7.0 and 7.4 units.
Copies of the laboratory report(CTEL Project No: CT214-0502034)and chain-of-custody form are
included in Appendix A.
SEPTIC SYSTEM REPAIRS
On 09 February 2005, an AGE representative submitted an onsite wastewater treatment system
permit application for repairs needed to the septic system. The permit application was approved on
09 February 2005. An AGE representative directed Parrish & Sons Inc. of Stockton, to complete
necessary repairs to the septic system. These repairs were required to bring septic system into
working order. The repairs consisted of replacement of hard line from septic tank, installation of a
new d-box and connection of d-box to leach lines. After repairs were completed they were inspected
by SJCEHD on 09 February 2005 to ensure compliance with septic system permit. Permit was then
placed on record with SJCEHD.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Based on the results of this investigation,AGE recommends that no further action be required at this
site related to soil and groundwater conditions present and the site be closed and removed from the
Groundwater Protection/Underground Injection Control Program.
LIMITATIONS
Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by
environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. The findings were based mainly
upon analytical results provided by an independent laboratory.Evaluation of the geologic conditions
at the site for the purpose of this investigation are made from a limited number of available data
points(i.e. soil and/or ground water samples),and subsurface conditions may vary away from these
data points. No other warranty, expressed or implied;is made as to the professional interpretations,
opinions and recommendations contained in this report.
Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc
