This assessment was authorized by Mr.Jeff Lochner <br /> with Vestar Development Company. A Site location map is presented as Drawing 1 in this report. <br /> ' As background, our firm performed a Phase I Environmental Assessment, dated August 4, 2005, <br /> for the subject 55.5 acre property. This Phase I Environmental Assessment identified several <br /> ' potential recognized environmental concerns on the Site. A Site plan is presented as Drawing 2 of <br /> this report. <br /> ' PURPOSE <br /> The purpose of this Phase II Environmental Assessment was to investigate four of the areas <br /> ' identified as potential recognized environmental concerns at the Site in the 2005 Phase I <br /> Environmental Assessment report. The four areas of potential environmental concern addressed by <br /> ' this assessment are: 1) a suspected location of an underground storage tank (UST) at 612 Henry <br /> Long Boulevard; 2) soil staining in the dirt floor and odors in a bam and shed structures located a <br /> 612 Henry Long Boulevard; 3) a suspected burn pit at 612 Henry Long Boulevard, and 4) the <br /> ' potential for pesticides in the agriculture fields on the 55.5 acre property.,The four areas of concern <br /> are illustrated on Drawings 3 and 4. <br /> ' FIELD AND LABORATORY PROCEDURES <br /> This assessment consisted of a field exploration,a laboratory testingprogram,and preparation of this <br /> technical report. The scope of work was conducted with appropriate consideration to the health and <br /> safety of Twining's staff.
