As previously stated in our 7/14/06 letter, you previously submitted a copy of a permit, dated 1/1/95-12/31/95, but it appears to be for a different facility with the address of 10998 S Harlan, French Camp, and your site is 10842 S Harlan, French Camp. We asked you to submit a copy of the corrected permit or written clarification from the permitting agency.
