I just want to clarify.
Case I (Sierra Lumber) was the portion of the investigation conducted on the west portion of the
property; due to tank fund policies, Case I and Case II (east portion of site) are wrapped together.
SVE and IAS remediation was conducted at the Case I site prior to 2005, concentrations were
significantly knocked down to warrant closure consideration, and Jim/Nuel/Harlin recommended
that we wait on further work at Case I to concentrate efforts on Case II. As previously directed by
EHD, no work has been done for Case I for many, many years.
Just want to verify that you mean't Sierra Lumber Case I and not Case II.
Thanks - Tim
Timothy J.
