This aircraft <br /> zone requires any development within Lathrop to take <br /> extraordinary measures in order to mitigate the situation. <br /> The Army has initiated the AICUZ study which should pro- <br /> vide detailed information on flight patterns and hazardous <br /> areas . Specific land uses on the project site will be <br /> analyzed in detail prior to County action on the develop- <br /> ment project. <br /> 3 .
